Job Title: Telemarketing Executive German Speaking 

Location: Brighton

Salary: £9.50 - £10.50 per hour DOE

 

Our client is looking to recruit a German speaking Telemarketing Executive who will be accountable for generating business appointments and sales leads for clients.

The Role:

  • Provide a clear explanation of products and services and proactively arrange appointments with the appropriate decision makers
  • Maintain high customer service standards by handling all calls professionally, remaining courteous and dealing will any queries
  • Listen attentively to the individual’s requirements, asking pertinent questions to establish facts in order to gain a full understanding of their needs
  • Take personal responsibility for the quality of the appointment settings in order to minimise cancellations, achieving optimal levels of appointments
  • To ensure all information is entered accurately onto the database, updating and maintaining client contact history
  • To ensure personal targets are achieved or exceeded on a daily basis maintaining minimum levels of productivity and performance
  • Maintain an up-to-date level of product knowledge by being attentive to and acting upon information delivered in briefings, trainings and meetings

Experience:

  • Fluency in German & English
  • Experience in telephone handling in a sales environment
  • Knowledge of call structures and sales techniques
  • Experience of B2B telemarketing is desirable

  • Good written communication and computer literate
