Job Title: Senior Internal Recruiter for Global Firm

Salary: £50,000

Job Type: Contract

Our client is looking for an experienced recruitment specialist who can resource diverse candidates for specific niche professional roles through various channels, planning interviews and selection procedures, conducting assessment centres and hosting or participating in career events.

Responsibilities

  • Identify & utilise technology advances & digital solutions
  • Full end to end recruitment cycle sourcing, assessing and managing candidates through to offer stage
  • Sourcing directly potential candidates through online channels
  • Responsible for designing and delivering assessment centres as and when required
  • Partner with the Resourcing Partner to identify talent issues before they affect the business
  • Act as a talent scout for external talent for local key positions
  • Ensuring all activities, communications and actions meet both the external and internal employment value proposition
  • Nurture trusting relationships with potential hires and build a strong network of professional connections
  • Supporting the movement of talent within the business whilst building strong networks with company partners in other divisions
  • Contribute to enhancing & evolving the company content strategy: anything from videos, blog posts to landing pages, from webinars to job descriptions

Desirable Experience

  • Successful track record of placing professional candidates
  • Experience of working in a complex matrix and fast pace commercial environment
  • Experience of direct sourcing methodologies and PSL management
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using competency-based interview techniques
  • Familiarity with social media, cv databases and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
  • Familiarity with Employer Branding opportunities across traditional and the newer digital channels
  • Experience with organizing and attending job fairs and recruitment events (highly desirable)
  • Experience with Graduate Recruitment & Early Career Talent Identification Activities (highly desirable)
  • Degree level qualification or equivalent in HRM or business-related subject
  • Some knowledge of UK employment legislation
