Our client is looking to recruit an Administrator to join their team based in Hove. You'll be responsible for supporting the wider office with varied tasks, ensuring to prioritise effectively and deliver a high standard of work. 


  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Manage diaries
  • Answer and direct calls
  • Organise and manage the invoicing process
  • Oversee the sales ledger
  • Monitor and update their CRM
  • Ensuring policies & procedures in place are adhered to, enabling the smooth running of the business

The ideal candidate;

  • Administration experience
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Able to manage own workload, prioritise and meet deadlines within a busy office environment
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Team player
