Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Brighton

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist with excellent attention to detail and brilliant communicative and organisational skills to join the team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Welcome candidates and assist in the completion of preliminary paperwork
  • Print reports for morning meetings
  • Book meeting rooms and prepare the board room for client visits
  • Arrange and set up conference calls
  • Administrative support to recruitment consultants and the Managing Director
  • Collate and bind reports, proposals and other business documents
  • Receive, sort, register and distribute incoming mail and dispatch outgoing
  • Act as one of the first points of contact for outside callers
  • Answer the telephone / operate the main switchboard and direct to appropriate staff members
  • Take and relay clear and accurate messages
  • Regular use of Word and MS Office suite
  • Other ad hoc duties as requested (such as running errands for the MD)
