Professional Inbound Sales Executive

Inbound Sales Executive – Brighton

Salary: £18,000 - £23,000 plus commission

Responsible for conducting full inbound sales cycle from campaign implementation to closure of new business.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver full sales function, including pre-sales activities, preparing quotations and responding to tenders, presentations, contract negotiation, gathering market intelligence and post-sales activities
  • Meeting quarterly targets and KPIs set by Managing Director
  • Generating qualified opportunities from marketing generated leads, targeted cold prospecting campaigns, events or other sources
  • Managing an on-going pipeline of contacts in Salesforce that have the potential to turn into opportunities in the future
  • Attend new business meetings and key annual events, in conjunction with Managing Director, to engage with prospects, sharing key messaging and qualify opportunities
  • Effectively manage customer relationships to ensure continued contract renewals, referrals, testimonials and satisfaction across all client accounts
  • Ensure the seamless transition of new clients from sales to account management
  • Maintain constant contact with external marketing agencies to gain understanding of market messages and to contribute to the development of content
  • Build effective internal working relationships with development and client services to ensure solutions delivered to client specification and satisfaction

Essential Criteria

  • Friendly, proactive, self-confident but not pushy nature on the telephone and in-person

· Positive and competitive orientation to achieve and exceed sales targets

· Strong customer focus; commitment to delivering long-term customer solutions

· Strong interest and understanding of technology, both software and hardware

· Exceptional presentation skills, written and verbal, matched to equal listening skills

· Natural CRM administrator with strong organisation skills and a keen eye for detail

· Natural ability to learn, demonstrate and train others in the use of software

· Natural ability to collaborate and work alongside team to ensure the business wins

  • High resilience to handle stress and rejection within competitive environments
