Salary: £18,000 - £21,000 Dependent on experience

The Opportunity:
We are looking for a candidate with a variety of experience within Administration and Secretarial roles. 
Our client is a Accountancy Practice based in Hove, therefore previous experience within a Law Firm/ Solicitors will be highly desirable.

Duties:
  • Supporting law partners within the firm (any previous work of supporting Managing Directors/ Associates or Partners preferred)
  • Flexibility to support reception - greeting clients and visitors
  • Dealing with email and post correspondence
Personal Attributes:
  • Highly professional 
  • Excellent multi-taskers
  • Great attention to detail
  • Good telephone manner - able to effectively take messages 
  • Confident using online systems and all Microsoft packages - especially word, excel and outlook
