Job Title: Office Manager/Finance Support

Location: Brighton

Salary: £30,000



  • Undertake bank reconciliations daily
  • Sales order processing, ensuring all information is entered quickly and accurately
  • HR duties such as absence/holiday recording
  • Accounts payable processing
  • Input and process expenses, company credit cards, company car and mobile phone accounts
  • Monthly invoicing
  • Update the database with new contracts as they come in
  • Ensure the maintenance of data integrity
  • Resolve queries by liaising with account/project managers
  • Monitor the IT systems and maintain office supplies
  • Handle the booking of induction sessions for new employees
  • Process documentation for both new starters and leavers


  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experienced in bookkeeping and credit control
  • Highly results driven
  • Strong skills in MS Office, specifically Excel
