Job Title: Junior MLS Data Administrator

Location: Burgess Hill

Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Hours: 37.5 Hours p/week (25 Days Holiday + Bank Holiday)

Salary: £18,000

 

The Junior MLS Technical Data Administrator oversees ensuring the seamless reporting of MLS contractual KPI and maintain data integrity over the MLS report.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and reviewing the quarterly MLS report
  • Linking with Commercial Finance for KPI definition and report accuracy
  • Participating MLS reviews with Sales before the customer review
  • Provide feedback on case quality
  • Extract monthly the MLS data necessary to put the MLS report together
  • Review the data to be put in the report linking with regional managers, team leaders and sales
  • Cleanse data monthly to be able to provide accurate seamless quarterly report
