Job Title: Internal Sales Executive

Job Type: Full-Time Permanent

Location: Lancing

Hours: 40 per week

Salary: £18,000-£20,000 (plus commission) OTE £26,000 in first year

Our client is looking for a proactive Sales Executive with the drive and passion to achieve outstanding results. If you are driven and have an enthusiastic personality, this is an amazing opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively sell products and services to existing client base
  • To achieve and exceed monthly targets set out by Directors/Management
  • Develop customers’ accounts by cross selling and upselling, offering new services and business solutions
  • Provide written quotations for customers and follow up when necessary
  • Handle customer requests professionally and in a timely fashion
  • Assess the customers’ needs and suggest the best possible product solution to win deals
  • Calculate savings
  • Keep the customer database up to date

Requirements:

  • 6 months+ B2B sales experience
  • Ability to make sales and achieve monthly targets
  • Have the capability of performing in a fast-paced environment
  • To be able to prioritise your work load and multi task
  • Work as part of a team
  • Provide excellent customer care
  • Must be resilient, confident and enthusiastic
  • Able to maintain a professional manner and appearance at all times
  • Should have excellent communication skills by various methods both internally and externally
  • Must have a flexible approach to work and be a good problem solver
  • Possess exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent Time management and organisational skills
