Salary: Up to £30,000 + bonus
Location: Canary Wharf

Our client, a Financial Technology start-up based in London, is looking for a candidate with strong sales and recruitment experience to join their swiftly growing team. They already have international clients and are looking to continue their momentum over the next few months to capitalise on this emerging market.

  • Support a team of 20 recruiters based in Europe
  • Preparing client proposals
  • Support company marketing initiatives
  • Working in conjunction with team leaders and line manager to ensure a consultative approach to sales is used in all regions
  • Utilising the in-house CRM system
  • Travel internationally to meet clients
  • Strong digital sales and recruitment experience (banking/financial technology is ideal)
  • Able to travel internationally when required
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Experienced in the tender process
