Salary: £40,000 basic, first year OTE £80,000

This leading FinTech Publishing company are looking for a driven Field Sales Executive to join the team and drive new business revenue as well as increasing revenue amongst existing clients. You will be field based targeting several companies across banking, finance and publishing as well as working with global brands who are already clients of the company

The Candidate Responsibilities

  • The ideal Field Sales will have experience in FinTech, Investment Banking and Consulting or Publishing depending on your background.
  • The role will be based on generating new sales pipeline and closing deals from the beginning, as well as several key Director level Clients who you would be expected to work with. This is due to a hotly anticipated period of sustained growth which looks set to continue.
  • Publishing is changing and as such the company offers a full tailored package of services like Hackathons, to the specific needs of the Financial industry. It has gained plaudits and a significant list of blue chip clients are already being serviced in Europe
  • You will be reporting to the Operations Director and will work with a team who will support the right person in scheduling appointments and arranging their diary.
  • The role is based across London, with some travel across Europe (Switzerland, Czech Republic and Hungary) although you will need to go to head office in Poland regularly with an initial on-boarding - (will be a week at the head office).
  • A base salary of up to £40k is offered with a feasible and achievable OTE of double. A Great benefits package is offered as well as the opportunity to look at building up a Team in the near future.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Great understanding of Fintech and the needs of the industry
  • Sales experience - with demonstrable track record
  • Good network of contacts across the UK Fintech market
  • You will have proven field sales experience
  • You will be a strong communicator with a strong network of contacts
