Customer Support Consultant

Job Title: Customer Support Consultants (Full-Time)

Location: Lancing

Hours: 40 per week

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with enquiries over the phone from both existing and new customers
  • Advising customers on the product range and upselling
  • Understanding and supporting all issues raised by the customer and seeing them through to resolution or escalating where required to the Technical team.
  • Responding to existing maintenance customers fault reports
  • Following established fault reporting procedures and advising either the engineering/technical support department and/or the supplier directly
  • Working within internal SLA’s.
  • Dealing with customer enquiries in relation to all products and services
  • Understanding and supporting all issues or questions that a customer may have in relation to the service
  • Keeping all databases, spreadsheets fully updated
  • Order processing for all services
  • Managing new sign ups covering all aspects of the order. Assuring all dates are aligned where possible and keeping the customer informed throughout the process of the order
  • Utilising our engineering resources to the best of our ability. Scheduling Installations, fault calls and visits for additional work/equipment

Requirements:

  • Excellent problem solver
  • Extremely well-organised and self-disciplined
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
