About the role:

We’re looking for an experienced CRM Co-Coordinator who will report into the finance and IT Director and predominately but not exclusive to management of CRM related work, from the finance and IT administrator and or apprentice.


· You’ll need to ensure the effective installation, operation, maintenance, documentation and developments of the CRM systems hardware, software and related infrastructure

· First line support and training to all users

· Meeting the data management needs of the organisation and its subsidiaries and developing, maintaining and distributing effective analysis tools and reports



· To ensure the successful implementation of the CRM across the organisation and its subsidiaries and the monitoring the CRM, verifying the integrity, security and availability of all sections of the organisation and verifying completion of scheduled and automated jobs

· Ensure that the use of the CRM conforms to the Data Protection Act as well as any relevant legislation and organisational policies

· Investigate and troubleshoot issues, channelling unresolved issues to external contractors, following up and reporting on progress as appropriate, implementing agreed modifications and workarounds

· Create and maintain appropriate records of CRM assets, hardware, software and software licenses, maintenance work, issues and resolutions. Maintain and develop technical, procedural and training manuals

· To prepare documents, presentations, reports and correspondence accurately and within deadlines

· Ensure that procedures are in place to check the quality of data being input and provide feedback to relevant departments for further action. Fix data when errors occur and audit data - identify possible errors and improvements and implement necessary changes

· Provide an effective interface between users and contractors supplying all necessary diagnostic or requirement information. Positively evaluate and suggest ways in which the software could be improved

· Manage development, implementation and user acceptance of improvements/ updates to be delivered either internally or by external contractors

· Support effective planning, decision making and reporting. Research and suggest ways of using external data sets to provide valuable information in conjunction with internal data sets

· Support the development of organisation / project monitoring & evaluation frameworks to demonstrate performance / impact and provide learning

· Contribute to information & communication strategies and planning. Work in conjunction with web site and network co-coordinators to ensure smooth communication across the organisation

· Maintain knowledge of relevant developments in CRM technology and provide advice and recommendations

· To use IT software such as word, excel, PowerPoint and other presentation software, the internal CRM system and social media such as Facebook and Twitter
