Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Type: Temp to Perm

Location: Lancing

Salary: £10 p/h plus commission (OTE £8K-£10K)

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, sales professional who enjoys working to target and driving new business.
 

The role:

  • Proactively sell products
  • Tapping into existing base of contacts
  • Adhere to KPI's provided by management 
  • Provide exceptional service
  • Follow up conversations, drive new business
  • Provide written quotations for customers 
  • Cold calling, B2B sales
  • Assess the customers’ needs and suggest the appropriate
    product to meet those needs

Requirements:

  • 6 months+ B2B sales experience
  • Ability to make sales and achieve monthly targets
  • Work as part of a team
  • Must be resilient, confident and enthusiastic
  • Able to maintain a professional and polite manner 
  • Should have excellent communication skills 
  • A flexible approach to work
  • Possess attention to detail and prioritisation ability
