We're seeking an office professional with previous experience within an administration or support roles.

This is a great opportunity for those who like to dabble in a variety of tasks and can multitask with ease. As our office administrator you’ll be expected to turn your hand to jobs such as:
  • Answering the phones
  • Meeting and greeting clients and candidates
  • Typing up documents
  • Filing and Scanning
  • Managing diaries
  • Running reception
  • Keeping the office tidy
  • Supporting back office functions
Ideal Candidate:
  • Proactive approach to work, who can use own initiative 
  • Strong administration ability whilst working to deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with using Microsoft office applications
  • Highly organised
  • Punctual
  • Happy to go the extra mile
  • Educated to degree level
