Responsibilities:

  • Direct responsibility for the account management of assigned customer accounts
  • Provide engaging and professional account management to cultivate a ‘can do’ attitude focused on the satisfaction and retention of each customer
  • Ensure the delivery of all products and services to the customer, providing specifications, production, delivery, education and account management
  • Contribute to the effective daily operations across Client Services team to ensure resource planning is aligned to customer deadlines and support demands
  • Contribution to the process to win new business, seeking and developing new client development opportunities within existing client accounts
  • Handle all customer enquiries, diverting to sales or support functions as necessary, using internal system to track and trace completion
  • Handle customer data, cleansing, analysis and dissemination of customer data to internal and external customers as required
  • Proactively obtain client feedback and acquire customer testimonials/case studies for company to incorporate into marketing activities

  • Warm and personable skills
  • Strong literacy, numeracy, prioritisation, organisational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and client relationship development skills
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • Natural team working skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with team mates
  • Natural sales ability with commercial acumen to identify opportunities and anticipate clients’ needs
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
