Responsibility for account administration, support, and management of key customer accounts to pre-agreed service levels

 

 

· Supporting responsibility for the administration, support, and management of assigned customers

· Provide engaging and professional support across the Client Services team to cultivate a ‘can do’ attitude focused on the satisfaction and retention of each customer

· Ensure the delivery of all products and services to the customer, providing specifications, production, delivery, education, and account management

· Ensure that all customer products and services are monitored, supported, administered, and handled in conjunction with the Client Services team as required to guarantee quality and satisfaction

· Professional and friendly handling of all customer/client telephone enquiries ensuring accurate qualification and information capture

· To support a positive, unified culture throughout with all focus on the customer, committed to delivering to the highest standard always

· To handle all customer enquiries, diverting to sales or support functions as necessary, using internal system to track and trace completion

· To handle customer data, cleansing, analysis, and dissemination of customer data to internal and external customers as required

· To ensure proficiency of software to aid the delivery, education and support of all software applications used by customers

· Proactively obtain client feedback and acquire customer testimonials/case studies to incorporate into marketing activities

 

Essential Criteria

 

•             Warm, friendly, and charismatic personality to cultivate customer engagement

•             Strong literacy, numeracy, prioritisation, organisational and time management skills

•             Strong interpersonal and client relationship development skills

•             Excellent software administration skills

•             Excellent communicator, both written and verbal

•             Natural team working skills to build long-term internal relationships

•             Natural communicator, both verbally and written

•             Analytical approach as an aide to maintaining quality

•             Proven ability to work as part of a busy team to achieve client deadlines
