A fast growing Computer Consultancy is looking to recruit a self-motivated and logically minded 2nd line support technician. You'll be providing support to customers onsite and on location ,resolving issues and troubleshooting.


  • Support end users
  • Problem resolution
  • Technical support and training to other team members if required
  • Adhere to internal SLAs in relation to assigned tickets
  • Document the process and ensure best practice methodology
  • Take ownership of tasks
  • Follow all company policies
  • Provide technical support to customers
  • Testing, installations, sever level fixes, upgrades and configuring systems

The ideal candidate

  • Positive attitude
  • 3 years + within IT support and technical help
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP and Windows networking
  • Practical knowledge regarding an array of software and hardware packages
  • Attentive to detail, organised and can manage own time effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Enjoy helping people
