Our Recruitment Process

Everything we do contributes to the building of a long-term, mutually rewarding business relationship with our clients and candidates. Our recruitment process is as follows:

  • We take an in-depth briefing to gain an understanding of your company culture, the role and the candidate specifications. If required, we will also assist and consult in clarifying performance measures for the position.
  • We then provide you with an assignment specification, indicating a clear understanding of your requirements, timeframes and the cost.
  • We place job adverts on job boards and social media portals, with the advertisement copy approved by you before insertion.
  • We conduct an initial screening of all applicants for the position, followed by in-depth interviews with suitable candidates. These can be competency based, psychometric or an interview tailored specifically to your needs.
  • We assess the candidates, according to the requirements of the role.
  • We provide you with a shortlist of candidates.
  • We reference-check the preferred candidates.
  • We arrange suitable interview times with preferred candidates to meet with you.
  • We negotiate the employment offer with the candidate and client and confirm a start date.
